cross country- 1. Moving or directed across open country rather than following tracks, roads, or runs: a cross-country race.  2. The greatest sport around!  :)

The Middle School team is open to all home school athletes from 5th grade to 8th grade.  Middle School races are 3000 meters (1.86 miles).

The High School team is open to all home school athletes from 9th to 12th grade.  High School races are 4000 meters (2.5 miles) for girls, and 5000 meters (3.1 miles) for boys.
