Concessions/ Bathrooms Port a Johns will be available near the track. Concessions will be sold throughout the day. Equipment Softballs and shot puts will be furnished for appropriate events but not for practice. Teams must furnish their own relay batons and starting blocks. We will need volunteers, stopwatches and tape measures. If you have any parents who would like to help with timing that would be greatly appreciated. Changes Please email or call with any changes before Thursday, May 25 at 8:00pm If you have any questions please call or email at 414-328-1738 or danandmk@sbcglobal.net Schedule of Events Please have your athletes ready at least 30 minutes prior to their events (except for the first events) in case we run ahead of schedule. Long jump steps need to be marked by 8:25am or you may run parallel the runway on the track. In all events, girls will compete first then boys for each grade level. In running events grades will compete in numerical order (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th)
COACHES Please report to the finish line area if you need to make any last minute changes. *Note that times of running events are approximate, running events will run continuously and may run earlier or later than listed. ** Timing is done electronically and we have photo finishes, please record exact times for the 100M so that heats can be compiled appropriately Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 6th place
